1. Changes in body weight occur

“Many of my clients were surprised at how easy it is to lose weight when switching to a fully plant-based diet,” said the nutritionist on the Health page.

Different things happen when we consistently eat healthy foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables. These foods tend to be low in calories and glucose and high in vitamins and fiber, causing us to be more energetic and powerful in carrying out daily physical activities.
4. Experiencing nutritional imbalances
Not always being vegan has a positive effect. Negative impacts were also felt, namely experiencing nutritional imbalances. This is because we limit ourselves to eating certain foods, such as stopping eating animal foods. In fact, in meat, milk or eggs, stored nutrients that our body needs.

A study in Germany showed a link between being vegan and having a tendency to be depressed.
